Warranty
Every Limber Knee Massager comes with a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship:
- Starter: 1 year from delivery
- Both Knees and Family Pack: 2 years from delivery
If your massager stops working because of a defect, contact us with your order number and a short description or video of the issue on WhatsApp (+1 (986) 291-9012) or by email (support@limberknee.com). We'll repair or replace it free of charge.
The warranty doesn't cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, water, unauthorized repairs or normal wear of the straps.
