1. Overview

This website, limberknee.com, is operated by BTA International Group LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Limber", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, Warranty and Health & Safety information. If you don't agree, please don't use our website or place an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is true and complete.

3. Our products

Limber products are wellness products for personal comfort. Limber is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Any relief you feel is soothing and temporary, and results vary from person to person. Please read our Health & Safety information before use and talk to your doctor if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have reduced sensitivity to heat, or have an implanted electronic device.

We do our best to show our products, colors and details accurately. Small differences between photos and the actual product can occur.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars unless your local currency is displayed at checkout. Prices, offers and bundles can change at any time without notice. Prices don't include import duties or taxes that may be charged by your country. These fees are your responsibility.

Payment is due when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. If a payment can't be processed, we may cancel the order.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

6. Discount codes

Discount codes are valid only as described, can't be exchanged for cash, can't be combined unless stated, and may be used once per customer unless stated otherwise. We may end a promotion at any time.

7. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when your order is handed to the carrier.

8. Returns and refunds

Every order is covered by our 60-Night Comfort Promise. Details on how to return a product and how refunds work are in our Refund Policy.

9. Warranty

Limber Knee Massagers come with a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, as described on our Warranty page. Except for that warranty and where the law doesn't allow it, our products are provided "as is" without any other warranties, express or implied.

10. Use of our website

You agree not to misuse our website. This includes trying to hack, overload or disrupt it, copying our content for commercial use, or using it for anything unlawful. We may limit or end your access if you break these Terms.

11. Reviews, messages and other content

If you send us reviews, photos, comments or messages, you confirm they are your own, honest and lawful. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display and share that content in connection with Limber. We may remove content at our discretion.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Limber name, logo, texts, images, videos and the 20-Minute Knee Routine guide, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

13. Third-party services and links

Our website may use or link to third-party services, such as payment providers, carriers and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Limber and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to hold Limber harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that result from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our website or products.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

18. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in effect.
